The Pink Pearl – Day Of Coordination (Up to 8 hours)
Initial consultation with bride and groom to review wedding day plan
•Prepare a timeline of events for the ceremony and reception
•Assist bride, groom and bridal party
pen at ceremony and/or reception
•Distribute (and pin) wedding flowers
•Oversee venue décor to ensure setting is laid out in keeping with couple’s wishes
•Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure timeline is followed
•Provide wedding day emergency kit
•Coordinate tossing of items/lighting of sparklers and line up guests
The Black Pearl –Week Of Coordination(up to 30 hours)
Advantages of Pink Pearl Package plus…
•Telephone or e-mail planning sessions with bride/groom
•Follow-up with vendors on any changes of wedding plans and details
•Distribute final payment to vendors at the end of their contract
•Develop wedding day itinerary for the couple, wedding party, family and vendors
•Assist with compilation of party favors for guests
•Assist with compilation of guest gift bags or baskets
•Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels on wedding day
•Review and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony with officiates, wedding party and vendors

The Silver Pearl – Partial Service, Design, Coordination and Production
The “Silver Pearl” package is for the bride whose wish is for all the details to be taken care of but still wants to be hands-on in the planning process. You will partner with Events on the Half Shell from initial concept and design and throughout the coordination of every aspect of your wedding. The “Silver Pearl” bride is interested in assuming responsibilities for the overall wedding plan and seeks the consultation, advice and partial services of your Events on the Half Shell specialists.
The “Silver Pearl” package includes all of the personalized services found in the “Black Pearl” plus the expertise of Events on the Half Shell to assist and attend some vendors meetings, and to collaborate in making your wedding day the day you have dreamed of!
Fees for services will be determined based upon the initial consultation and the services provided by Events on the Half Shell as agreed upon.
The Gold Pearl – Full Service, Design, Coordination and Production
The “Gold Pearl” package is for the bride who is seeking the full experience of having Events on the Half Shell handle every aspect of her wedding dream down to the smallest of details! From the initial consultation in determining your individual style, tastes and dream of what you wish your special day to be, down to the post wedding details of delivering your wedding gown for professional cleaning, Events on the Half Shell will work tirelessly for you to ensure that nothing is overlooked! Events on the Half Shell are your specialists in concept and design, planning, coordination and production!
